UTMN IS A CENTRE FOR INNOVATIONS 


UTMN won a competition by the RF Ministry of Education and Science and became a centre for innovations. Only 51 out of 121 universities were recognized as centres for innovations, technological and social development.





UTMN HAS ENTERED QS EECA RANKING 

For the first time, the University of Tyumen has been included in such a prestigious international ranking. In the EECA ranking, the top universities of the region are evaluated according to 9 performance indicators, including employer reputation, academic reputation, faculty student ratio, citations per paper from Scopus, proportion of staff with PhDs. 




UTMN is in TOP 10 Russian universities by number of DAAD scholarship holders. 










95 ELECTIVE COURSES 

are available for UTMN students as part of the individualized educational programmes. 




UTMN was ranked among the TOP 400 best universities in Life Sciences, according to Round University Ranking.

Currently, the university is 327th among world’s universities and 7th in Russia. In the Social Sciences subject ranking, UTMN was placed 462 and entered the top 15 Russian universities.
