Education 16 March 2020
“In response to the unfavorable situation of COVID-19 virus, in order to protect the health of students, employees of educational and scientific organizations, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov signed an order, in which, starting from March 16, 2020, all teaching will be conducted outside of the University, ensuring the educational process using e-learning and distance learning technologies,” the Ministry of Education and Science comments.

As of now, UTMN has taken additional measures to prevent the spread of the infection. All social and educational activities of UTMN are limited to ensure the maximum safety of our staff and students.

Currently, to ensure the educational process online, students are encouraged to verify their credentials (login / password).

If any difficulties arise, call the Unified Dean’s Office and the Information Technology Center: (3452) 59-75-95, (3452) 597-777.

It should be reminded that last week all mass events were restricted at UTMN, business trips and hosting events were canceled, and quarantine was introduced in dormitories.

The university recommends that all employees and students take extra caution in terms of individual sanitary protection.

We also remind you that it is the responsibility of teachers and students to maintain communication through the corporate communication channels in order to receive timely feedback and instruction on educational activities.
