“The choice of these two countries for popularization of the Russian culture and language is not accidental. Today, the youth of Uzbekistan and Vietnam show great interest in Russia. More and more schoolchildren and students see Russian universities as an opportunity to get a good education and a well-paying job. The cooperation of UTMN with the universities and schools where Russian is taught, as well as the exchange of strategies and educational technologies will help to overcome language and cultural barriers and prepare young people for studying in Russia. It goes without saying that such cooperation strengthens the dialogue and understanding between our countries ", noted Elena Tumakova, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor in the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
