New Year wishes from the Acting Rector of UTMN
Dear colleagues and friends!
Students, teachers, and partners!
2020 is coming to its close. This year has made us stronger, taught us patience and perseverance.
We worked hard to face every challenge together. 2020 was the year of the 75th Anniversary of the Great Victory and the 90th anniversary of our University. We honor our veterans and once again thank them for their service.
This year taught us the importance of partnerships and collaboration during difficult times.
We said goodbye to the legends of the University of Tyumen: Vladislav Krapivin, Gennady Kutsev, Lyudmila Filippova, and others. Their names will forever remain inscribed in the university chronicles.
I am fully aware of my responsibility before you, our students, teachers, and scientists. I intend to work hard and ensure the University’s development and growth.
I sincerely wish that in 2021 we will overcome the difficulties together and see to a new level of development for the University of Tyumen!
May the coming year bring you and your loved ones happiness, peace, and prosperity.
Happy New Year 2021!
Acting Rector of University of Tyumen Ivan Romanchuk
