The Regional Center for Franco-Russian Cooperation is a training and consulting structural unit of University of Tyumen. Since 2004, UTMN has been part of the network of Russian partner universities of the French Embassy in Russia. UTMN has a long standing Franco-Russian relations and was awarded a gratitude letter from the French Embassy.

Our goals

Strengthening and development of scientific, educational and cultural ties between Tyumen State University and the Republic of France, other French-speaking countries in the field of humanitarian and technical cooperation in the interests of the University, its employees, students, graduate students and doctoral students, as well as promoting the establishment and development of friendly mutually beneficial Russian-French partnerships.

Our tasks

Interaction with the French Embassy and representatives of other French-speaking countries in the Russian Federation on university cooperation.
Development of cooperation with French universities within the framework of existing cooperation agreements.
Establishing and developing academic contacts with new partners in France and French-speaking countries to develop joint scientific, educational and cultural projects.
Development of cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris for the preparation and administration of qualification exams for international diplomas in business French.
Interaction with French and international companies in order to involve them in joint cooperation programs.
Development of the Campus France Information Point to attract students of Tyumen State University to participate in academic mobility programs and scholarships of the French Government.
Conducting training courses, trainings in the French language and Russian language courses for foreigners.
Conducting refresher courses for teachers of the French language.
Providing translation services to individuals and legal entities.
