Courses at the University of Tyumen as well as UTMN professors gave me invaluable learning experience in studying the human body, both from physiological and psychological points of view. I managed to apply this knowledge to my individual training process and use the mastered techniques in preparation to the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Games. The right mindset for the most important competitions of my life also played a major role.
