Assistant to the General Director, Landscape Architect in LLC Flower City (Moscow)

My name is Kristina Brazhina, I graduated from the University of Tyumen with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master's degree in Biotechnology. My training was swift, interesting and productive. All courses from botany to design are given by teachers who combine lecturing with vast practical experience. This is really important because after graduating it helps to feel confident at work from the start. The laboratory and practical classes were especially memorable. They were not only traditionally held in classrooms and laboratories, but also in parks, squares, boulevards of our city and all over Russia – we visited the cities of St. Petersburg and Tuapse. Besides, can you imagine student life without extracurricular activities? My student activity enabled me to participate in conferences, competitions of different levels, such as National WorldSkills Russia Championship in the Landscape Design category, where my groupmate and I managed to win an award. In every activity students are assigned to mentors who motivate and help students to grow in various ways. Studying Landscape architecture at UTMN is not easy but it's worth it!
