University of Tyumen has spent an Arabic Culture Day
An event shared a unique world of Arabic culture for the students and professors, present new traditions, customs and art of this amazing region. Besides, the event became a tool for intercultural dialogue.
For a day, the University became a real oasis of Arabic culture. East spices aroma, national music sounds and national decorations’ high colors welcomed visitors.
There were the pictures that reflected a beauty and Arabic world variety for the participants: wonderful sceneries and architectural masterpieces of a region.
Guests were acquainted with Arabic literature and cuisine, saw a spectacle ‘Shahrazad and Sultan’, asked the questions and discussed the interested topics that afford them to understand deeply and evaluate a variety of Islamic world.
An event reminded about the importance of tolerance and respect for the differences, and about richness that appeared from different cultures exchange.
Let remind that on present, there are 50 foreign students and 18 aspirants from Arabic countries are educated in University of Tyumen (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, and Sudan).
