Russian Government Scholarship Available for UTMN Prospective Students

200 state-funded places available for foreign citizens to study at UTMN.
The application process for the Russian Government Scholarship has been officially announced and is now in full swing.

The Russian Government annually provides 15000 state-funded places for foreign citizens to study at Russian universities. The scholarship is allocated to candidates selected by the Rossotrudnichestvo office abroad and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the Admissions Office of the chosen University.



The scholarship includes:

- free tuition for the entire duration of the chosen degree program;

- free tuition for the Foundation (Pre-University) Program;

- reservation at the university dormitory;

- monthly allowance.



In order to apply for the scholarship, candidates are to sign up on the Official Website for International Students Enrollment for Study in Russia and attach the required documents (with a certified translation into Russian):

- application form (available on the website);

- passport;

- previous educational certificate;

- transcripts of records to your previous educational certificate;

- medical certificate of overall health condition;

- HIV certificate;

- list of publications (if available);

- other documents, confirming the outstanding academic achievements of the applicant (if available).



UTMN has 200 state-funded places for foreign citizens to study for degree programs. Successful applicants who do not speak Russian also benefit from a 1 year Foundation Program prior to their studies.

Further information about the Russian Government Scholarship, the deadlines and the selection process can be obtained through your local Rossotrudnichestvo office (Russian Centre for Science and Culture or the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country).

UTMN students from China, France, Egypt, Guinea, Syria and Vietnam have already took their chance and won the Scholarship.
