Two foreign UTMN students were awarded Governor’s scholarship

Сongratulations to Nguyen Quang Hai (Vietnam) and Troyanovskaya Alina (Uzbekistan).
Two foreign UTMN students were awarded Governor’s scholarship:
Nguyen Quang Hai (Vietnam) and Troyanovskaya Alina (Uzbekistan).

In Tyumen region, 89 students and postgraduates of universities and other professional educational organizations will receive Governor’s scholarship in the 2019/2020 academic year.
The candidates were approved by the Council of rectors of higher educational institutions of the region and the Council of directors of professional educational organizations of the region.
We are pleased to note that Nguyen Quang Hai is the first Vietnamese student who has been awarded the Governor’s scholarship.
“He is a very intelligent student. He participated in students math competitions in Novosibirsk, Kazan, and in online mode in Israel. Hai is an excellent student who takes part in all student scientific conferences, participates in all intercultural projects,” says Sofia Panarina, associate professor of fundamental mathematics and mechanics. “He chose Tyumen three years ago, and he did it consciously, and, according to him, he is very pleased to study at the University of Tyumen.”
