The new season of SPE started at UTMN

The previous academic year was successful both for the student section, which was included in the list of the best SPE chapters in the world and for the professional section, which received an award for outstanding achievements. This year, as well as in the previous year, the Tyumen section of SPE will broadcast master classes of new specialists from the oil and gas sector who have found non-standard solutions to existing problems of the oil and gas complex.

The first master class in this academic year has already passed at the Polytechnic school of UTMN on the program of the distinguished SPE lecturer Todd Hoffman, the professor of oil and gas production technology from Montana Tech University. Within the framework of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, UTMN hosted events, including meetings with activists of the student and professional sections with the participation of the coordinator of non-profit projects and the head of SPE for Russia and the Caspian region Yaroslava Orlova.
