Hungarian Office
The Center for Russian-Hungarian Cooperation or Hungarian Cabinet is a joint project between UTMN and the Hungarian Cultural Center at the Embassy of Hungary in Russia. The agreement serves the diplomatic mission for cultural, scientific and educational cooperation.
Our goals
Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship program. The project involves a full course of study for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programs at the leading universities in Hungary.
Hungarian Reading Room
Within the framework of the "Hungarian Cabinet" there is a hall of Hungarian literature. Since 2018, it has been filled with publications of fiction, educational literature; as well as multimedia resources on regional studies. In 2020, the foundation received many scientific publications in Russian on the history and history of the Hungarian language; biographies and works of art created on the basis of memoirs, materials on regional studies and culture of the Hungarian people.
Now it has over 120 units of literature and multimedia resources. And this is just the beginning.

Our goals
- providing educational, scientific and artistic literature to those interested in the Hungarian language;
- informing about scholarships of the Republic of Hungary for students, graduate students and teachers, assistance in their registration;
- informing about higher and linguistic education in Hungary and accompanying in the process of preparing for the trip;
- teaching the Hungarian language (beginner and advanced levels);
- providing an opportunity for students to participate in international programs.
