The undergraduate program with an individual development path allows one to to choose additional elective disciplines, and also involves an increase in the share of students' individual work, project and research work. This approach to training allows one to get a unique set of professional competencies and form a position of responsible life choice, and also helps to unleash the personal potential of students, increase their attractiveness in the labour market.

Five main areas of work of a psychologist-practitioner are taken into account during the training:

1) Psychological prevention (contributing to the development of psychological culture, the formation of a desire to know oneself and be able to solve complex communication situations).

2) Psychological diagnosis (identification of individual psychological characteristics, personality relationships and the specifics of group interaction).

3) Psychological correction (the impact of a psychologist on the client’s inner world with the goal of revealing his reserves to solve a psychological problem).

4) Psychological development (the formation of new psychological qualities, personality traits that allow the client to develop in his chosen direction).

5) Psychological counselling (creating conditions for a person to understand himself and significant others, to make decisions about what to do and how to relate to it).

Graduates of the program will be competent both in diagnostics and in the correction of mental processes, conditions, and personal properties. They will be able to manage various socio-psychological manifestations of personality in a small and large group, to form a program of socio-psychological changes to optimize the functional states of an individual and group.
