The program is aimed at training people, who are engaged in their professional activities in the system of state and municipal administration or plan their career in this system, as well as people, who work in commercial structures and non-governmental organizations that interact with state and municipal authorities.

The program is practice-oriented by its content, forms of training and the active involvement of practitioners in its implementation, including practitioners from the authorities.

Along with the development of managerial, economic and general humanitarian knowledge and the formation of relevant competencies, legal training is carried out, taking into account the increased volume of functions related to law enforcement and the preparation of legal documents.
