Establishment of partnership, organization and coordination of scientific, educational and cultural cooperation of the university with higher educational institutions, research centers and cultural and educational organizations of foreign countries on scientific and educational priority, the inclusion of the University in the process of interaction with the national cultural autonomies of the Tyumen region.

Our goals

• strengthening and development of cooperation in the field of science, education and culture, cooperation with Embassies, Consulates, higher educational institutions of foreign countries within the framework of the existing cooperation agreements for the development and implementation of joint scientific andeducational and cultural projects (exhibitions, conferences, summer schools, etc.), academic exchange, etc.;
• Establishing and developing academic and cultural contacts with new partners in foreign countries; 
• acquaintance of residents of Tyumen and Tyumen region with the culture and science of foreign countries, as well as educational opportunities in them; 
• Promotion of the university, the Tyumen region in foreign countries to attract foreign students and young researchers and their subsequent adaptation in the city of Tyumen;
• Preparation and implementation of courses and additional general education programmes in foreign languages (French, Greek, etc.);
• Preparation and conclusion of international agreements, including multilateral agreements with the participation of several foreign institutions and organizations, with a view to developing and implementing scientific and educational projects;
• rendering assistance to structural subdivisions of the university in the organization and holding of scientific-educational and cultural events (scientific-practical conferences, round tables, seminars, summer schools, internships, etc.) with partners from foreign countries.
