Scholarship Description
This scholarship is awarded for achievements in educational programs, research work, intellectual, artistic, sports and social activities.
Students that can take part in the competition should be from:
- 2nd to 6th year of Bachelor's and Specialist's degree programs;
- 2nd year Master's degree courses; - 2nd to 5th year Vocational School.
Please note: The course indicated is for the academic year 2021/2022, which means that 1st year undergraduate/specialist/master's degree students from the year 2020 are eligible to participate, but graduates from the year 2021 are not.

Selection criteria
Selection criteria:
- "excellent" marks for the whole period of study, having at least 75% of "excellent" marks in the previous sessions;
- recognition of the student applicant as the winner and prize-winner of international, all-Russian and regional Olympiads, competitions of professional skills, creative competitions, festivals, exhibitions, sport contests and university games, competitions of social projects;
- receipt of a certificate of authorship for an invention, a patent, or a certificate for an industrial design;
- receipt of the certificate (order) on reception of the international, all-Russian and regional awards for scientific and technical achievements, or grants for development of research projects;
- having scientific articles publications.
Package of documents
- a certified copy of the record book, confirming a high level of academic knowledge;
- a copy of the academic council’ decision approving the candidate for a scholarship;
- recommendation letters;
- copies of documents confirming the candidate's special achievements;
- a certificate of no other scholarships awarded to the candidate in the current year, issued by the university;
- eedback on the internship, signed and stamped by the head of the organization where the internship took place (for students of Secondary Professional Education programs).

Absence of any other nominal scholarships for the candidate in the current year.
