The Scholarship is aimed at supporting students who have shown outstanding abilities in educational and scientific activities both in general in the course of study and in individual disciplines.

Selection criteria
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- "excellent" and "good" marks, in the presence of "excellent" marks that make up at least 50% of the total number of received marks,based on the results of the interim assessment during the last 2 semesters preceding the award of the scholarship, and the absence of academic debts for the entire period of study;
- achievements in studies, confirmed by diplomas (other documents) of winners and (or) prize-winners of regional, all-Russian and international olympiads, competitions of professional skills at international, all-Russian and regional levels, aimed at identifying achievements in studies (only first places);
- the presence of achievements in scientific activities, confirmed by documents on participation in scientific (research) activities carried out by an organization engaged in educational activities;
- scientific (scientific-methodical, scientific-technical, scientific-creative) results of intellectual activity (patent, certificate);
- publications in a scientific (educational-scientific, educational-methodical) international, all-Russian or departmental editions.
Package of documents
- copy of the passport;
- certified copies of certificates, diplomas and other documents confirming the victories of the candidate;
- copies of publications of scientific articles;
- consent to the processing of personal data.
Additional Information
The award of the scholarship is made regardless of the receipt of other types of scholarships and other payments.
